What is the Partners Portal?
The Navien Partners Portal is a centralized platform for all Navien contractors, including Navien Service Specialists (NSS), HVAC Partners, and Installers listed on the Locator, as well as those utilizing NavienRewards. It serves as your single point of access to manage your company profile and program applications, access NavienRewards via a single sign-on (SSO) process, and, eventually, communicate directly with homeowners to manage lead requests for Navien installation and service.
What do I need to do to make sure I'm on the Installer locator?

To make sure your company is listed on the Navien installer locator, first you must meet the following requirements:

  • Completed a level 2 or higher Navien training.
  • Submitted your valid license during the Partner Portal application process.

Once you have completed your Partners Portal application and your training requirement and license has been verified by our team, your business will be published to the Navien installer locator.

How do I apply for HVAC Partner Program?

You will have the opportunity to apply for the HVAC Partner Program after gaining access to the Partner Portal. This process allows you to submit an application to become an HVAC Partner, which will enable you to appear on the Locator with a corresponding status (if you meet requirements to be on the locator).

To begin, follow the registration instructions in your invitation email or request an account if you are interested in joining the program. Account requests can take 1 to 3 business days to verify. Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the "NSS/Partner Application" tab in the left-hand menu and complete the required forms for the HVAC Partner Program. The application review process will then take 3 to 5 business days.

How do I apply for the NSS program?

You will have the opportunity to apply for the NSS Program immediately after gaining access to the Partner Portal. This process allows you to submit an application to become an NSS, which will enable you to appear on the Locator with a corresponding status (if you meet requirements to be on the locator).

I already submitted my info and said I'm interested in NSS/HVAC Partners. Am I done?
Almost! We still need you to submit an application to one or both of those programs. After submitting your application, our team will review your application within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, your new status will be reflected in your account within the Partner Portal and on the Installer/Servicer Locator (if you're listed on the locator).
If I'm already an NSS, what do I need to do?

Your first step is to register for the new Partner Portal:

  1. If you received the invitation: Please locate the personalized invitation email from NavienPartners.com no-reply@navien.com (check your spam or junk folder). Use the link in that email to create your account. This is the simplest way to link your existing Navien information.
  2. If you did not receive the email: If you can't find the email or no longer have access to the address Navien has on file, click "Request an Account" on the Partner Portal login page. Please create an account as a Service Provider. A reminder that it will take 3 to 5 business days to verify this request.

Once you have successfully completed registration and logged into the portal, your next step is to verify and update your company's information to ensure your NSS status is current.

Is this the new NavienRewards site?
No, the Navien Partner Portal is a centralized platform for all your business information with Navien. While it's not the NavienRewards website itself, it allows you to access your existing NavienRewards account, points, and product registration. Click the "Access NavienRewards" tab on the left-hand menu, which will redirect you.
How do I access NavienRewards?

If your existing NavienRewards account uses a different email than the one your Partner Portal invitation was sent to, you have two options:

  1. Use the Invitation Email: Check your spam/junk folder for the original "Navien Partners Portal Invitation" email (sent from NavienPartners.com no-reply@navien.com). Use the registration link in that email.
  2. Request a New Account (If Invitation Lost): If you can't find the invitation or no longer have access to the original email, click "Request an Account" on the login page. Apply using an email you have easy access to. You will then have the opportunity to link your existing Rewards account using the correct email address after you log in. A reminder that it will take 1 to 3 business days to verify your request.

If your company is not participating in the Navien Service Specialist (NSS) program, the HVAC Partner program, or the service locator, please configure your new portal account for NavienRewards access only once you gain entry.

I only want to access NavienRewards, what do I do?
If your company does not participate in the Navien Service Specialist (NSS) program, the HVAC Partner program, or the service locator on navieninc.com, please request an account as a NavienRewards only account on the Partner Portal login page. A reminder that it will take 1 to 3 business days to verify your request.
What if my NavienRewards email is different from my Partners Portal email?

If your existing NavienRewards account uses a different email than the one your Partner Portal invitation was sent to, you have two options:

What happened to my NavienRewards points?

NavienRewards.com and your NavienRewards account—including your points, Star Status and registrations—are unchanged.

We have simply updated the access process by integrating NavienRewards with the new Partner Portal via a Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Please note: You will not be able to see your points directly within the Partner Portal; you must click the access link to be redirected to the NavienRewards website.
